Greene Star Healing Arts - Policies

🌿 Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy (for 1:1 Coaching Sessions or Readings)

    • 48 hours: You are welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the beginning of your scheduled session time by emailing Alyson at alyson@greenestar.co. (24 hours prior is acceptable, but 48 hours is preferred.)

    • Less than 24 hours (unless you are ill): 

        • Sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice (for any reason other than illness) may be charged 50% of the session fee.

    • No-shows: No-show sessions will be charged the full session fee.

    • Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for emergencies.

🌿 How Payments Work (for 1:1 Coaching Sessions or Readings)

    • Payment is due on the day of your session.

    • Secure and confidential payment info.: 

      • After your first payment, the payment processor (Stripe) will encrypt and save your payment information. Alyson is unable to view this confidential information.

    • Convenience - 2 Methods

      • Auto-pay: For future sessions, Alyson can request that Stipe charge your same payment method (after each session is complete).

      • Payment links: Or, if you prefer, Alyson can send you a payment link for each session.

🌿 How Payments Work (for the Money Zendo Membership)

    • Payment is due on the day Membership begins and automatically renews monthly on the same date each month (via Stripe’s recurring auto-pay, see details above).

    • 5 days: You are welcome to cancel (or pause) your membership at any time by giving notice at least 5 days before your next billing date. (Membership remains active until that billing date.)

🌿 Scope of Practice

    • Greene Star Healing Arts offers financial coaching, money/budget coaching (focused on the YNAB method), astrology readings, and financial healing (in the context of coaching). 

    • We do not offer psychotherapy, tax accounting, or investment-advising services.

🌿 Care & Confidentiality

    • All client matters discussed in client sessions will be honored with respect and care and kept confidential.
